Ingredients
- 2 slices ciabatta bread (approx. 70g)
- 40g prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 50g fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Brush the outer sides of the ciabatta slices lightly with olive oil.
- Layer prosciutto, mozzarella slices, and fresh basil leaves evenly on one slice of bread.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, pressing gently to form the panini.
- Heat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat. Grill for 4-6 minutes, or until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
Tips

- Use a heavy pan and a foil-wrapped brick if you don't have a panini press for a similar effect.
