Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until mostly smooth but still a bit chunky.
- Add chopped spinach, red onion, garlic, cumin, turmeric, and flour to the bowl. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Form the mixture into 8 small, flat patties. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through. Serve warm or at room temperature.
